GoHighLevel Account Terms of Use
By purchasing, joining, activating, accessing, receiving, or using any GoHighLevel sub-account provisioned, managed, or made available under the Scale Certified GoHighLevel Agency, you (“the User”) acknowledge and agree to the following legally binding Terms of Use.
These terms apply to all GoHighLevel sub-accounts provisioned, managed, hosted, administered, or made available by Scale Certified, a global brand operated by 6IX Media Group (UK), with Scale Certified Inc. (Canada) acting as a representative.
These terms apply regardless of whether your GoHighLevel sub-account is provided through Agency Lab, another Scale Certified offer, a license, a membership, a course, a software subscription, an access form, a manual activation process, an automatic account creation process, a promotional offer, a trial, a bonus, or any other access pathway.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, joining, activating, accessing, receiving, or using any GoHighLevel sub-account under the Scale Certified GoHighLevel Agency, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
These terms supplement any broader Terms of Use, Terms and Conditions, purchase terms, membership terms, license terms, or offer-specific terms that apply to the Scale Certified product, program, membership, license, or service through which you received access.
Your access to the GoHighLevel platform may be granted automatically, manually provisioned by Scale Certified / 6IX Media Group, provided through an access request form, included as part of a paid offer, or otherwise made available to you. In all cases, your continued access to and use of the GoHighLevel sub-account constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Account Access and Ownership
The GoHighLevel sub-account provided to you is owned, operated, provisioned, hosted, administered, and managed under the Scale Certified GoHighLevel Agency.
You are granted limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable access to use the sub-account solely for your own business operations and only for as long as you remain eligible for access under the relevant Scale Certified offer, membership, license, subscription, program, or agreement.
All automations, pipelines, workflows, sales funnels, websites, campaigns, forms, templates, snapshots, software configurations, account structures, and proprietary systems provided inside or connected to your GoHighLevel sub-account are the intellectual property of Scale Certified / 6IX Media Group.
You may not duplicate, export, transfer, sublicense, resell, migrate, copy, recreate, reverse-engineer, or repurpose any part of the account, its contents, or its configurations without express written permission from Scale Certified.
Any attempt to copy, transfer, migrate, export, duplicate, sell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer assets from the sub-account to another agency, platform, account, software provider, client, contractor, competitor, or third party may result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action.
Lawful Use, Compliance, and User Responsibility
You agree to use your GoHighLevel sub-account in full compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws relevant to your region, industry, customers, leads, and business activities.
You are solely responsible for:
The content you create, store, send, publish, upload, automate, or manage through your GoHighLevel sub-account.
The way your GoHighLevel sub-account is used by you, your team, your contractors, your clients, your representatives, or any other person you give access to.
All communications, advertising, lead generation, customer outreach, sales activity, follow-up campaigns, automations, AI-generated messages, SMS messages, emails, phone calls, and client interactions conducted through or connected to your sub-account.
Obtaining and maintaining all required consents, permissions, opt-ins, disclosures, and lawful bases for contacting leads, customers, prospects, or clients.
Adherence to regulations and requirements such as GDPR, PECR, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CASL, A2P 10DLC, carrier rules, platform rules, advertising policies, privacy laws, data protection laws, and any industry-specific compliance requirements that apply to your business.
Scale Certified / 6IX Media Group cannot be held liable for any way in which your GoHighLevel sub-account is used.
Liability for the use, misuse, configuration, messaging, compliance, data handling, automations, campaigns, customer communications, and business activity conducted through an individual sub-account lies solely with the User of that sub-account.
Scale Certified / 6IX Media Group does not assume any liability, responsibility, or legal obligation for how you conduct business, communicate with leads or customers, manage data, run campaigns, configure automations, use AI tools, use phone or SMS functionality, send emails, or operate within the GoHighLevel platform.
Third-Party Fees, Wallet Top-Ups, and Usage Charges
Certain features in GoHighLevel, including but not limited to SMS, email, AI tools, phone numbers, call tracking, premium features, rebilling, reselling, and other usage-based services, may incur additional fees.
You may be required to add a valid credit card to your GoHighLevel Wallet or related billing settings.
Your card may be charged for wallet top-ups, usage fees, reloads, third-party services, software usage, AI usage, email usage, SMS usage, phone number usage, call usage, or other charges incurred through your sub-account.
Scale Certified is not responsible for any third-party fees, usage charges, billing issues, overages, wallet reloads, failed payments, service interruptions, or additional costs incurred as a result of your use of GoHighLevel or any connected service.
You are solely responsible for monitoring your own usage, wallet balance, billing settings, payment method, and any charges connected to your account.
Access Dependency
Access to your GoHighLevel sub-account is conditional on maintaining eligibility under the relevant Scale Certified offer, membership, license, subscription, course, program, service, promotion, trial, or agreement through which access was granted.
If your relevant membership, license, subscription, offer access, software access, or payment arrangement is cancelled, suspended, terminated, refunded, disputed, charged back, expired, revoked, or if payment fails, your GoHighLevel access may be revoked.
If your access is revoked, your GoHighLevel sub-account may be permanently deleted within a short grace period.
Deletion may include all data, assets, automations, workflows, funnels, websites, calendars, forms, surveys, pipelines, opportunities, templates, campaigns, conversations, contact records, files, media, settings, phone numbers, integrations, custom fields, snapshots, and any other content or configuration associated with your sub-account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining your own independent records, backups, client data, business data, and copies of any information you may need outside of the GoHighLevel sub-account.
No Export, Transfer, Migration, or Snapshot Rights
If you choose to cancel, leave, stop paying for, discontinue, lose access to, or otherwise become ineligible for the Scale Certified offer, membership, license, subscription, course, program, service, promotion, trial, or agreement through which your GoHighLevel access was granted, you acknowledge and agree that you do not have the right to receive an export, transfer, migration, copy, backup, duplicate account, or snapshot of your GoHighLevel sub-account.
Scale Certified / 6IX Media Group does not export out, transfer out, migrate out, clone, duplicate, or provide snapshots of GoHighLevel sub-accounts when a User chooses to leave, cancels, stops paying, becomes ineligible, or otherwise loses access.
This includes, but is not limited to, workflows, funnels, websites, forms, surveys, calendars, automations, pipelines, campaigns, email templates, SMS templates, AI configurations, chatbot settings, voice agent settings, custom values, custom fields, triggers, tags, templates, snapshots, account settings, and any other content, assets, or configurations within the sub-account.
If you choose to leave, cancel, stop paying, or discontinue your access, or if your access is terminated, revoked, suspended, or otherwise removed, you forfeit all content, assets, data, systems, configurations, templates, workflows, and materials inside the sub-account.
You acknowledge and accept that the sub-account and its contents may be deleted, and that Scale Certified / 6IX Media Group has no obligation to preserve, restore, export, transfer, migrate, copy, clone, duplicate, or provide access to the sub-account or its contents after cancellation, termination, suspension, revocation, loss of eligibility, or loss of access.
No Liability and Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scale Certified / 6IX Media Group, Scale Certified Inc., and their owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and representatives are not liable for:
Any loss of data, revenue, profits, customers, leads, opportunities, advertising spend, goodwill, business continuity, business reputation, or commercial advantage arising from your use of, reliance on, misconfiguration of, or discontinuation of your GoHighLevel sub-account.
Any damages, legal claims, fines, penalties, disputes, complaints, chargebacks, customer claims, regulatory issues, deliverability issues, carrier filtering, account restrictions, account suspensions, or business consequences resulting from your marketing practices, automation errors, AI-generated content, communications, data handling, customer outreach, or use of GoHighLevel.
Any failure by you to comply with applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, carrier rules, advertising policies, privacy obligations, consent requirements, or industry standards.
Any actions taken by GoHighLevel, third-party providers, carriers, payment processors, email providers, phone providers, AI service providers, or connected platforms.
Any deletion, suspension, loss of access, service interruption, technical issue, integration failure, or data loss affecting your sub-account.
By purchasing, joining, activating, accessing, receiving, or using any GoHighLevel sub-account under the Scale Certified GoHighLevel Agency, you agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Scale Certified, 6IX Media Group, Scale Certified Inc., and their affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, penalties, expenses, regulatory actions, customer disputes, or legal fees arising from your use, misuse, configuration, operation, access, or discontinuation of the GoHighLevel sub-account.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your GoHighLevel sub-account at any time, with or without notice, if you:
Violate these Terms of Use.
Breach applicable laws, platform rules, carrier rules, industry standards, privacy requirements, or compliance obligations.
Use the sub-account for unlawful, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or non-compliant purposes.
Attempt to transfer, export, copy, duplicate, recreate, migrate, sell, sublicense, or misuse Scale Certified / 6IX Media Group intellectual property.
Cancel, refund, dispute, charge back, default on, stop paying for, or fail to maintain the relevant Scale Certified offer, membership, license, subscription, course, program, service, promotion, trial, or agreement through which access was granted.
Fail to pay any usage fees, wallet top-ups, third-party fees, or other charges connected to your sub-account.
Upon termination, your access may be revoked and your sub-account may be permanently deleted, including all content, assets, data, workflows, templates, and configurations contained within it.
Data Protection, Customer Data, and User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any personal data, client data, customer data, lead data, contact lists, imported records, uploaded files, conversations, messages, call recordings, appointment records, and any other information added to your GoHighLevel sub-account has been lawfully collected, stored, used, and processed.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary permissions, consents, opt-ins, lawful bases, privacy notices, and compliance records required to contact, market to, communicate with, or otherwise process the data of your leads, customers, prospects, clients, or third parties.
Scale Certified / 6IX Media Group is not responsible for verifying the legality, accuracy, consent status, source, or compliance of any data you upload, import, store, process, or use inside your GoHighLevel sub-account.
You are responsible for responding to and managing any requests, complaints, disputes, access requests, deletion requests, correction requests, restriction requests, unsubscribe requests, consent withdrawal requests, or other data protection requests made by your own leads, customers, prospects, clients, or contacts.
Scale Certified / 6IX Media Group may access, review, process, manage, modify, restrict, suspend, or delete data within your GoHighLevel sub-account where reasonably necessary for technical support, account administration, billing, compliance, platform maintenance, security, abuse prevention, legal obligations, or enforcement of these Terms.
No Account Export, Transfer, Migration, or Snapshot
For clarity, the no-export and no-transfer policy applies to the GoHighLevel sub-account itself and all assets, systems, templates, automations, workflows, funnels, websites, forms, surveys, campaigns, settings, AI configurations, custom values, custom fields, snapshots, and proprietary configurations contained within or connected to the sub-account.
Scale Certified / 6IX Media Group does not provide sub-account transfers, snapshots, account clones, account migrations, workflow exports, funnel exports, template exports, automation exports, or configuration exports when a User cancels, leaves, stops paying, loses access, or becomes ineligible.
You are solely responsible for maintaining your own independent records and for downloading or saving any business records, customer information, or contact information you may require outside of the GoHighLevel sub-account before cancellation, termination, or loss of access, where such download or export functionality is technically available to you.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any legal obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any mandatory data protection obligations that may apply.
Third-Party Platform Terms
Your use of any GoHighLevel sub-account under the Scale Certified GoHighLevel Agency is also subject to GoHighLevel’s own terms, policies, acceptable use rules, platform rules, billing rules, carrier rules, email rules, SMS rules, AI usage rules, privacy terms, and any other third-party terms that apply to the platform or connected services.
You agree not to use the sub-account in any way that violates GoHighLevel’s terms, third-party provider terms, carrier rules, email provider rules, advertising platform rules, payment processor rules, or applicable laws and regulations.
Scale Certified / 6IX Media Group is not responsible for any suspension, restriction, deletion, billing issue, service interruption, account limitation, rejected registration, failed approval, message filtering, deliverability issue, or other consequence arising from GoHighLevel, carriers, email providers, phone providers, payment processors, AI providers, advertising platforms, or any other third-party service.
Administrative Access and Enforcement
Scale Certified / 6IX Media Group reserves the right to access, monitor, review, restrict, modify, disable, suspend, or terminate any GoHighLevel sub-account under the Scale Certified GoHighLevel Agency where reasonably necessary for support, billing, compliance, security, maintenance, policy enforcement, legal protection, abuse prevention, or protection of the Scale Certified GoHighLevel Agency account.
We may remove, disable, or restrict access to any feature, workflow, automation, campaign, phone number, email feature, SMS feature, AI feature, integration, or sub-account if we believe it creates legal risk, compliance risk, billing risk, platform risk, deliverability risk, security risk, reputational risk, or operational risk.
Prohibited Use
You may not use your GoHighLevel sub-account for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, misleading, harmful, infringing, spam-based, harassing, or non-compliant activity.
This includes, but is not limited to, sending unsolicited messages, making misleading claims, impersonating another person or business, violating privacy laws, violating advertising rules, violating carrier rules, violating email or SMS requirements, using the account for phishing or malware, harassing individuals, scraping data, or using the platform in any way that could harm Scale Certified, 6IX Media Group, GoHighLevel, third-party providers, customers, leads, or the public.
No Guarantee of Results, Uptime, Deliverability, or Platform Availability
Scale Certified / 6IX Media Group does not guarantee that your GoHighLevel sub-account, automations, campaigns, funnels, websites, AI tools, SMS messages, emails, calls, integrations, or workflows will produce any specific result, revenue, lead volume, sales outcome, appointment volume, deliverability rate, response rate, approval, or business outcome.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform access, continued feature availability, email deliverability, SMS deliverability, A2P approval, phone number availability, carrier approval, AI accuracy, third-party integration performance, or error-free operation of GoHighLevel or any connected service.
Payment, Usage Fees, and Reimbursement
You are responsible for all usage charges, wallet charges, third-party fees, AI usage fees, SMS fees, email fees, phone number fees, call charges, carrier fees, rebilling charges, premium feature charges, and any other charges incurred through or connected to your GoHighLevel sub-account.
If any fees, charges, overages, failed payments, disputes, chargebacks, third-party costs, or platform costs are incurred by Scale Certified / 6IX Media Group as a result of your sub-account, you agree to reimburse Scale Certified / 6IX Media Group for those amounts upon request.
Failure to pay or reimburse any applicable charges may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of your GoHighLevel sub-account and any related access.
Modifications
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time.
Continued use of your GoHighLevel sub-account after any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
It is your responsibility to check for updates periodically.
