Terms and Conditions for Niche-Specific Template Packs

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase, access, use, installation, customization, and implementation of any niche-specific template pack, automation pack, snapshot, workflow, funnel, campaign, AI Employee, AI chatbot, AI voice agent, knowledge base, database reactivation system, review request system, referral system, lifetime value system, or other related digital asset provided by Scale Certified (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, accessing, importing, downloading, installing, copying, editing, customizing, using, or otherwise interacting with any niche-specific template pack, you (“Customer,” “Purchaser,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Business Use Only
Our template packs are intended strictly for business use.
By purchasing a template pack, you confirm that you are acting in a business capacity, whether as an established business, freelancer, consultant, agency, service provider, or business owner at the beginning of your business journey.
These template packs are not intended for personal, household, or consumer use.
2. What You Are Purchasing
When you purchase a niche-specific template pack, you are purchasing access to a pre-built digital template system that may include, depending on the specific pack purchased:
* GoHighLevel snapshot assets
* AI chat or AI voice employee prompts and configurations
* Knowledge base content
* Pipelines
* Workflow automations
* Database reactivation campaigns
* Review request campaigns
* Referral request campaigns
* Follow-up campaigns
* Training, guidance, or implementation resources where applicable
The exact contents of each template pack may vary depending on the specific offer, product, or sales page.
3. Delivery Method
Template packs are delivered digitally, through a GoHighLevel snapshot link. This is supplied via email after purchase.
You understand and agree that the template pack is intended to be imported into your own GoHighLevel account.
A GoHighLevel account is not included with the purchase of a template pack.
You are solely responsible for having, maintaining, and paying for your own GoHighLevel account or any other third-party software required to use the template pack.
We are not responsible if you are unable to use the template pack because you do not have the required third-party account, permissions, subscriptions, technical setup, or platform access.
4. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer
GoHighLevel, HighLevel, LeadConnector, Twilio, Stripe, Google, Facebook, Meta, or any other third-party platforms, tools, software, payment processors, communication providers, email providers, SMS providers, CRM systems, or integrations referenced or used in connection with the template packs are third-party services.
We do not own or control these third-party platforms.
We are not responsible for:
* Changes made by third-party platforms
* Platform outages or downtime
* Integration failures
* Account restrictions, suspensions, or terminations
* Pricing changes
* Feature changes
* Deliverability issues
* SMS, email, call, or messaging restrictions
* Approval or rejection of compliance submissions
* API limitations
* Loss of access to third-party accounts
* Any issue arising from your use of third-party software
Your use of any third-party platform is subject to that platform’s own terms, policies, rules, and fees.
5. Licence Granted to You
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the template pack for your own business purposes.
This licence allows you to import, customize, install, and use the template pack inside your own GoHighLevel account.
You may use the template pack to provide services to your own end clients.
You may install or adapt the template pack into an unlimited number of client sub-accounts within your own GoHighLevel agency account, provided that those sub-accounts are for your own direct clients and are not being used to resell, distribute, transfer, or repackage the template pack itself.
6. Permitted Use
You are permitted to:
* Import the template pack into your own GoHighLevel account
* Customize the template pack for your own business or your own clients
* Use the template pack as part of a service you provide to clients
* Charge your own clients for implementation, setup, customization, management, retainers, support, or related services
* Add the template pack, or customized versions of it, to client sub-accounts that you manage
* Modify copy, automations, prompts, workflows, funnels, forms, pipelines, campaigns, and related assets for your own client delivery
The intended use is for you to sell services powered by the template pack, not to resell the template pack itself.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not:
* Resell the template pack as a template pack, snapshot pack, automation pack, AI employee pack, workflow pack, funnel pack, or similar digital product
* Sell, share, licence, gift, transfer, publish, distribute, or give away the snapshot link
* Add the template pack to a marketplace, membership, course, bundle, software library, template library, or resale catalogue
* Claim ownership of the original template pack
* Represent that you created the original template pack
* Sell access to the template pack itself to other agencies, freelancers, consultants, marketers, or GoHighLevel users
* Use the template pack to create a competing template product
* Extract, copy, reverse engineer, recreate, duplicate, or modify the template pack for the purpose of resale as a template or digital asset
* Transfer the template pack to another GoHighLevel agency account except as expressly permitted by us in writing
* Allow clients, contractors, team members, or third parties to copy, export, resell, or redistribute the template pack
* Use the template pack in a way that violates any law, regulation, platform policy, industry rule, or third-party right
For clarity, you may sell services to your clients using the template pack. You may not sell the template pack itself.
8. One Licence Per Purchasing Business
Unless otherwise stated in writing, each purchase grants a licence to one purchasing business, agency, freelancer, consultant, or legal entity.
The licence may not be shared across multiple businesses, agencies, partnerships, brands, white-label providers, or related entities unless we provide written permission.
If multiple businesses, agencies, or entities wish to use the template pack independently, each must purchase its own licence.
9. Intellectual Property
All template packs, snapshots, workflows, prompts, automations, knowledge bases, campaigns, funnels, forms, copy, training materials, frameworks, systems, designs, structures, and related assets are owned by Scale Certified or its licensors.
You receive a licence to use the template pack as described in these Terms. You do not receive ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
10. Customization Responsibility
The template packs are provided as pre-built starting points.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, editing, customizing, and approving all content, workflows, prompts, automations, forms, messages, claims, offers, pricing, compliance language, legal language, business information, client information, and customer-facing materials before using them in your own business or with any client.
You understand that the template pack may contain general, example, placeholder, or niche-specific content that must be reviewed and adapted before use.
You are responsible for ensuring that any installed or customized version is accurate, appropriate, compliant, and suitable for the business using it.
11. No Professional Advice
The template packs are provided for educational, informational, marketing, operational, and business automation purposes only.
They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, accounting, compliance, regulatory, professional, or industry-specific advice.
You should consult a qualified professional before relying on any template pack in a regulated industry or where legal, financial, medical, privacy, advertising, consumer protection, employment, telemarketing, data protection, or other compliance obligations may apply.
12. Compliance Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the template pack complies with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, platform policies, industry requirements, and third-party terms.
This includes, but is not limited to:
* Advertising and marketing laws
* Email marketing rules
* SMS and text messaging rules
* Telemarketing laws
* Call recording and consent laws
* Data privacy and data protection laws
* Consumer protection laws
* Industry-specific compliance requirements
* Professional licensing rules
* Medical, legal, financial, real estate, home services, or other regulated-industry requirements where applicable
* GoHighLevel, LeadConnector, Twilio, Google, Meta, Stripe, and other third-party platform policies
You are also responsible for obtaining all required consents, permissions, disclosures, opt-ins, disclaimers, privacy policies, terms and conditions, and compliance approvals before using any automation, AI agent, chatbot, voice agent, email, SMS, call, funnel, form, or campaign.
13. AI, Automation, and Output Disclaimer
Some template packs may include AI chatbot, AI voice, AI employee, prompt, automation, or knowledge base components.
AI and automation tools may produce inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, non-compliant, outdated, or inappropriate outputs.
You are solely responsible for testing, supervising, monitoring, editing, and controlling any AI or automation system before and after deployment.
We are not responsible for any AI-generated output, chatbot response, voice agent response, missed lead, incorrect answer, booking error, automation error, workflow failure, customer complaint, regulatory issue, or claim arising from your use or customization of the template pack.
You should not deploy any AI or automation system without appropriate review, testing, human oversight, and safeguards.
14. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee that you or your clients will generate leads, sales, revenue, profit, bookings, reviews, referrals, conversions, or any particular business outcome from using a template pack.
Any examples, numbers, projections, case studies, illustrations, or earnings references provided on our websites, sales pages, videos, emails, trainings, or materials are for illustrative and educational purposes only.
They are not promises, guarantees, warranties, typical results, or representations of what you or your clients will achieve.
Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your niche, offer, pricing, market, sales ability, client implementation, traffic, advertising, reputation, compliance, software setup, follow-up, and business operations.
15. Assumption of Risk
You understand and agree that your use of the template pack is at your own risk.
You are responsible for your decisions, actions, implementation, client delivery, client relationships, customer communications, business outcomes, compliance obligations, and results.
You agree not to hold us responsible for any issue that arises from your use, misuse, customization, deployment, resale, client implementation, or failure to properly review and test the template pack.
16. Client and Third-Party Claims
You are solely responsible for any claim, complaint, dispute, refund request, chargeback, legal demand, regulatory inquiry, client issue, end-user issue, customer issue, or third-party claim arising from your use of the template pack.
This includes claims related to:
* Errors or omissions
* Inaccurate information
* Misleading claims
* Non-compliant messages
* Missed calls, leads, bookings, or opportunities
* Incorrect automation triggers
* AI-generated responses
* Customer communications
* Data handling
* Privacy or consent issues
* Industry-specific compliance
* Client implementation
* Client results or lack of results
* Any service you sell, provide, or deliver using the template pack
You agree that we are not responsible for claims made against you by your clients, your clients’ customers, your customers, end users, regulators, platforms, partners, or any other third party.
17. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Scale Certified, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, licensors, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, demands, actions, proceedings, fines, penalties, settlements, and legal fees arising out of or related to:
* Your purchase, access, use, customization, installation, deployment, or misuse of a template pack
* Your services to clients
* Your client relationships
* Your breach of these Terms
* Your violation of any law, regulation, platform policy, or third-party right
* Any claim made by your client, customer, end user, regulator, platform, or third party
* Any error, omission, misrepresentation, compliance issue, or failure connected to your use of the template pack
* Any AI, automation, chatbot, voice agent, workflow, campaign, form, message, funnel, or other asset deployed by you
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scale Certified shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or other damages arising out of or related to your purchase, access, use, inability to use, customization, deployment, or implementation of any template pack.
This includes, without limitation, damages for:
* Lost profits
* Lost revenue
* Lost business
* Lost leads
* Lost opportunities
* Loss of goodwill
* Loss of data
* Business interruption
* Client disputes
* Refunds or chargebacks
* Compliance failures
* Platform restrictions
* Software errors
* Automation failures
* AI-generated errors
* Reputational damage
* Third-party claims
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a template pack shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific template pack giving rise to the claim.
19. No Warranties
The template packs are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the template packs, including but not limited to:
* Fitness for a particular purpose
* Merchantability
* Accuracy
* Completeness
* Compliance
* Compatibility
* Availability
* Reliability
* Error-free operation
* Suitability for your business or your clients
* Suitability for any specific industry, jurisdiction, platform, or use case
You are responsible for determining whether the template pack is appropriate for your intended use.
20. Support and Updates
Unless expressly stated in the applicable offer, purchase of a template pack does not include custom implementation, technical support, client setup, account troubleshooting, compliance review, legal review, copywriting, strategy support, or ongoing updates.
We may choose to provide support, updates, fixes, or improvements at our discretion, but we are not obligated to do so unless specifically included in the offer you purchased.
We are not responsible for updating template packs due to changes in laws, regulations, platform policies, GoHighLevel features, third-party integrations, or industry requirements.
21. Refunds and Guarantees
Any refund policy or guarantee will be governed by the specific terms stated on the applicable sales page, checkout page, or offer at the time of purchase.
Where a money-back guarantee is expressly offered, it applies only according to the conditions, timeframe, and process stated in that offer.
Refunds are not available where the refund period has expired, where the applicable offer does not include a refund policy, or where a purchaser has breached these Terms, including by reselling, sharing, transferring, or misusing the template pack.
22. Account Access and Snapshot Links
Snapshot links, access links, download links, training links, or other delivery methods are intended only for the purchaser.
You must not share, publish, distribute, transfer, or make these links available to any third party.
We reserve the right to revoke access to any snapshot link, file, training, membership area, or related asset if we believe the link has been shared, misused, accessed by unauthorized parties, or used in breach of these Terms.
23. Termination of Licence
We may terminate or revoke your licence immediately if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, you must immediately stop using, selling, distributing, installing, or benefiting from the template pack and any derivative version created for the purpose of violating these Terms.
Termination does not limit any other rights or remedies available to us.
24. Confidentiality
The template packs, snapshot links, internal structures, workflows, prompts, campaigns, automations, and related materials are confidential and proprietary.
You agree to take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access, copying, sharing, resale, publication, or distribution of the template packs.
25. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase unless an updated version is required by law, platform policy, or necessary to protect our intellectual property, business, customers, or legal rights.
Continued use of any template pack after updated Terms are published may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
26. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Any invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted as closely as possible to its original intent while remaining enforceable.
27. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
28. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of The United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Scotland, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
29. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any applicable checkout terms, sales page terms, refund policy, licence terms, privacy policy, and written agreement between you and us, form the entire agreement between you and Scale Certified regarding your purchase and use of the template pack.
By purchasing, accessing, importing, installing, customizing, or using any niche-specific template pack, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
