Your receipts are stored within your customer portal which is sent to you via email.

If you can't find our emails arriving in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder and ensure our emails are "whitelisted". This guarantees that they will arrive safely in your inbox.

The Launch is a brand within the JURA MEDIA Inc Group. Your receipts will have The Launch and the main Corporation listed on it.

Pausing or cancelling your account is super easy. All you have to do is access the customer portal and confirm you want to pause or cancel with the cancellation or pause link. You simply click on Account, click on Customer Billing Portal, enter your email address and then you can manage your billing process.
