Effective Date: July 23, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your purchase of, access to, participation in and use of the Agency Labmembership, licence, software access, training, templates, community, support and related services (collectively, the “Agency Lab” or “Services”).
Agency Lab is provided by 6IX Media Group Limited (“6IX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operating under the Scale Certified brand.
Scale Certified Inc., a Canadian corporation, acts as a payment-processing and collection representative for 6IX Media Group Limited. Accordingly, charges relating to Agency Lab, GoHighLevel usage, add-ons or other applicable fees may be collected or processed by Scale Certified Inc. or its payment processors on behalf of 6IX Media Group Limited.
By purchasing Agency Lab, starting a trial, checking a box accepting these Terms, accessing any Agency Lab material or continuing to use the Services, you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
IMPORTANT COMMERCIAL TERMS
Please read these Terms carefully.
In particular, you acknowledge that:
- Agency Lab is intended solely for business-to-business use.
- The standard Agency Lab price is currently $97 USD per month or $970 USD per year, unless another promotional or grandfathered price applies.
- The standard Agency Lab trial is 14 days for $1 USD.
- Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the $1 trial automatically converts to a $97 USD/month recurring subscription.
- Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.
- Except where required by applicable law, Agency Lab payments and renewal payments are final and non-refundable.
- Cancellation does not result in a partial or prorated refund for an unused portion of a billing period.
- When an Agency Lab membership ends, GoHighLevel accounts and sub-accounts provisioned through Agency Lab, including client sub-accounts, are subject to closure and deletion and will not be transferred to another GoHighLevel agency.
- GoHighLevel access does not include all usage-based services for free. Additional GoHighLevel, telecommunications, email, AI, domain and other third-party charges may apply and will be automatically rebilled.
- We make no guarantee of earnings, revenue, leads, customers, appointments, sales, profitability, advertising performance, client acquisition or any other business result.
- You are solely responsible for your business decisions, expenditures, clients, marketing activity, communications, regulatory compliance and implementation of anything taught or provided through Agency Lab.
- Our liability is limited as described in these Terms.
These highlighted provisions form part of the legally binding agreement and are explained in greater detail below.
1. BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS MEMBERSHIP
1.1 Business Purpose
Agency Lab is offered solely for commercial and business purposes.
By purchasing or using Agency Lab, you represent and warrant that you are acquiring the Services wholly or mainly for purposes relating to your trade, business, craft or profession and not primarily for personal, family or household purposes.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
If you are not purchasing Agency Lab for business purposes, you must not enroll.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any mandatory legal rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude or restrict.
1.2 Age and Capacity
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
2. RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE PARTIES
Agency Lab provides a licence to access certain business systems, educational materials, software, templates and resources.
Nothing in these Terms creates a:
- partnership;
- employment relationship;
- joint venture;
- fiduciary relationship;
- legal agency relationship;
- franchise relationship;
- distributorship;
- representative relationship; or
- other relationship giving you authority to bind 6IX Media Group Limited, Scale Certified Inc., Scale Certified or any of their affiliates.
Although Agency Lab may be described in educational or marketing materials by analogy to licensing or franchise-style systems, Agency Lab is not a franchise.
You operate your own independent business and remain solely responsible for that business.
Agency Lab membership does not constitute certification, accreditation or authorisation to represent yourself as an employee, agent, partner, authorised representative or official representative of Scale Certified.
3. AGENCY LAB MEMBERSHIP
3.1 Core Membership
Agency Lab currently includes access to various resources that may include:
1. access to an Agency Lab community of agency owners, currently hosted through WhatsApp;
2. access to a GoHighLevel sub-account provisioned through Scale Certified and containing certain Agency Lab templates and systems;
3. the ability to request additional GoHighLevel sub-accounts for legitimate member or client use, subject to these Terms, fair use, account standing and platform restrictions;
4. access to the Agency Lab Content Portal containing courses, training and other educational resources;
5. live coaching calls, workshops or training sessions, generally provided weekly;
6. access to certain Agency Lab AI tools or AI assistants, including an internal AI Agent connected to the Content Portal;
7. access to templates, frameworks, workflows, systems, scripts, resources and educational materials; and
8. such other resources as may be expressly included in the offer under which you joined.
3.2 Promotional Bonuses
Certain purchases may include promotional or limited-time bonuses such as onboarding, websites, additional templates, niche-specific resources, bonus calls or other deliverables.
A bonus is included only where it was expressly part of the offer applicable when you enrolled.
Bonuses offered to one Member, during one promotion or at one price are not automatically included for other Members.
3.3 Changes to Membership
Agency Lab is an evolving membership.
We may reasonably add, remove, update, replace, reorganise or modify:
- courses;
- modules;
- templates;
- systems;
- workflows;
- AI tools;
- community platforms;
- communication platforms;
- software integrations;
- coaching formats;
- call schedules;
- instructors;
- support processes;
- resources;
- bonuses; and
- other membership features.
We may replace a third-party platform with another platform or change the method through which a Service is delivered.
No individual template, module, workflow, AI feature, bonus, instructor, community platform or third-party feature is guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.
4. PRICING
4.1 Standard Pricing
The standard Agency Lab membership price as of the Effective Date is:
Monthly Membership: $97 USD per month
or
Annual Membership: $970 USD per year
unless another price is expressly displayed and agreed at checkout.
All prices are in United States Dollars unless expressly stated otherwise.
4.2 Checkout Price Controls
Promotional, legacy and grandfathered prices may differ from the standard price.
The price displayed and accepted by you at checkout or otherwise confirmed in your subscription record will govern your subscription unless subsequently changed in accordance with these Terms.
4.3 Taxes and Currency Charges
Applicable taxes may be added where required.
You are responsible for any foreign exchange fees, currency conversion costs, banking charges or similar fees charged by your own financial institution.
5. $1 AGENCY LAB TRIAL
5.1 Trial Terms
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, the standard Agency Lab trial:
- costs $1 USD;
- lasts for fourteen (14) days; and
- automatically converts to a recurring $97 USD/month Agency Lab membership at the end of the trial.
5.2 Express Recurring Billing Authorisation
By starting the $1 trial, you expressly authorise 6IX Media Group Limited, Scale Certified Inc. acting as its payment-processing representative, and their applicable payment processors to automatically charge the payment method provided at enrollment:
- $97 USD when the 14-day trial ends and $97 USD each month thereafter until the subscription is cancelled.
- No further approval is required for each recurring payment.
5.3 Cancelling During the Trial
To avoid the first $97 monthly membership payment, you must cancel before the trial expires and before the recurring charge is processed.
Cancellation instructions are set out in Section 8.
5.4 Trial Abuse
Unless expressly authorised by us, the introductory trial is intended as a new-member offer and may be limited to one trial per individual, business, payment method or substantially related business.
We may reject, cancel or restrict duplicate or abusive trial registrations.
6. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
6.1 Monthly Memberships
Monthly Agency Lab memberships automatically renew each month until cancelled.
You authorise the payment method associated with your subscription to be automatically charged the applicable monthly membership fee on or around each recurring billing date.
6.2 Annual Memberships
Annual Agency Lab memberships automatically renew each year until cancelled.
You authorise the payment method associated with your subscription to be automatically charged the applicable annual membership fee on or around each recurring billing date.
6.3 Continuing Authorisation
Your recurring payment authorisation remains in effect until your subscription is properly cancelled or terminated.
You are responsible for maintaining current and valid payment information.
7. GRANDFATHERED PRICING
Certain Members may have a legacy or grandfathered Agency Lab price that is lower than the current publicly advertised price.
Where we have designated your subscription as grandfathered:
- your grandfathered price will remain available while that subscription remains continuously active and in good standing;
- an approved temporary pause will not, by itself, cause you to lose your grandfathered price;
- if you voluntarily cancel your membership, your grandfathered price is permanently lost;
- if your membership is terminated following continued non-payment, your grandfathered price is permanently lost; and
- if you subsequently rejoin Agency Lab after cancellation or termination, you must enroll at the price then available unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
Grandfathered pricing is attached to the qualifying subscription and Member and may not be sold, assigned or transferred.
8. CANCELLATION
8.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your Agency Lab subscription by either:
Option 1: Using the subscription management process available at:
or
Option 2: Emailing:
and clearly requesting cancellation of your Agency Lab membership.
8.2 Other Email Addresses
Cancellation requests sent to personal email addresses, unrelated Scale Certified email addresses, social media accounts, WhatsApp messages or other channels may not be received or actioned.
You should therefore use one of the cancellation methods described above.
8.3 Effect of Cancellation
Unless otherwise stated:
- cancellation prevents the next recurring membership renewal;
- you will ordinarily retain membership access through the remainder of a membership period that has already been paid for;
- cancellation does not retroactively reverse a payment that has already been processed; and
- no prorated refund or account credit is provided for unused time.
At the end of the final paid membership period, access to Agency Lab and associated Services will terminate.
8.4 Cancellation After Renewal
If your recurring membership payment has already been successfully processed before cancellation, that payment is considered a valid renewal payment and is non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
The cancellation will prevent the subsequent renewal.
9. NO REFUNDS
9.1 Final Sale Policy
Except where required by applicable law, all Agency Lab sales, subscription payments and renewal payments are final and non-refundable.
This includes the $1 trial payment, monthly membership payments and annual membership payments.
9.2 No Partial or Prorated Refunds
No partial, proportional or prorated refunds or credits will be provided for unused portions of a monthly or annual billing period.
9.3 Non-Qualifying Refund Reasons
Without limiting the foregoing, refunds will not ordinarily be issued because:
- you changed your mind;
- you forgot to cancel;
- you did not use the Services;
- you did not log into the Content Portal;
- you did not use your GoHighLevel account;
- you did not attend coaching calls or workshops;
- you did not implement the training;
- you did not acquire clients;
- you did not earn the amount you expected;
- you were dissatisfied with your business results;
- you no longer wish to operate an agency;
- your personal or financial circumstances changed;
- a third-party platform changed its features;
- a third-party service was temporarily unavailable;
- a marketing campaign did not perform as expected;
- your advertisement, A2P application, phone number, domain, email account or other third-party service was rejected, restricted or suspended;
- your client cancelled or failed to pay you; or
- your membership was suspended or terminated because you breached these Terms.
Nothing in this Section removes any right that applicable law expressly prohibits us from excluding.
10. MEMBERSHIP PAUSES
10.1 Pause Requests
Members may request a temporary membership pause by emailing:
We currently offer pause periods of between one (1) and six (6) months, subject to agreement between the Member and Scale Certified.
A pause is not effective until the pause period and scheduled reactivation date have been confirmed.
10.2 Effect of a Pause
During an approved pause:
- regular Agency Lab membership billing will be paused;
- Content Portal access will be suspended;
- the Member's GoHighLevel login/access will be paused;
- associated Agency Lab membership features may be unavailable; and
- the membership will remain scheduled for automatic reactivation.
10.3 Automatic Reactivation
When agreeing to pause your membership, you will agree to a reactivation date.
You expressly authorise us to automatically:
1. reactivate your membership on that date;
2. restore membership billing; and
3. charge the payment method associated with your subscription at the applicable membership price.
No additional approval will be required when the agreed pause ends.
10.4 Grandfathered Pricing During Pause
An approved pause does not cause an otherwise qualifying Member to lose their grandfathered membership price.
10.5 GoHighLevel Charges During Pause
Pausing the Agency Lab membership does not necessarily stop all GoHighLevel or third-party charges.
For example, telephone numbers, domains or other resources may carry ongoing charges that are necessary to preserve those resources while your GoHighLevel access is paused.
Those charges may continue to be automatically billed during the pause.
If you do not want an applicable resource maintained, you must request its deletion by contacting customer support.
Deletion of a phone number, domain or other resource may be permanent and we do not guarantee that it can later be recovered, repurchased or restored.
11. FAILED MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS
You are responsible for ensuring that your membership payment method remains valid and funded.
If a membership payment fails, we may:
- retry the payment;
- suspend Content Portal access;
- suspend community access;
- suspend coaching access;
- suspend or restrict GoHighLevel access;
- restrict other Agency Lab Services;
- contact you to obtain updated payment information; and/or
- terminate your membership following continued non-payment.
Continued non-payment may result in closure and deletion of GoHighLevel accounts and sub-accounts provisioned through Agency Lab.
Termination due to non-payment does not eliminate liability for amounts already accrued or properly charged.
12. GOHIGHLEVEL ACCESS
12.1 Included Software Access
An active Agency Lab membership currently includes access to GoHighLevel through sub-accounts provisioned within the Scale Certified GoHighLevel agency environment.
This means that an Agency Lab Member is not purchasing independent ownership of a GoHighLevel agency account from Scale Certified.
Your right to access the provisioned GoHighLevel environment exists only in accordance with these Terms, the applicable GoHighLevel terms and while you remain eligible for access.
12.2 Separate GoHighLevel Terms
Every GoHighLevel account and sub-account provisioned through Agency Lab is also subject to the Scale Certified GoHighLevel Terms of Use available at:
Those GoHighLevel Terms are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
Where a provision of those GoHighLevel Terms specifically governs the operation, use, restriction, suspension, closure or deletion of a GoHighLevel account, that provision will apply to the GoHighLevel component of Agency Lab.
12.3 Third-Party Platform
GoHighLevel is a third-party software platform.
Scale Certified does not own or control GoHighLevel's underlying platform and cannot guarantee:
- uninterrupted availability;
- particular features;
- continued availability of existing features;
- compatibility with every integration;
- future pricing;
- platform policies;
- API availability;
- carrier functionality;
- AI functionality;
- third-party marketplace integrations; or
- the continued availability of any particular GoHighLevel service.
13. ADDITIONAL GOHIGHLEVEL SUB-ACCOUNTS AND FAIR USE
Agency Lab does not currently impose a fixed numerical limit on legitimate GoHighLevel sub-account requests.
This is subject to:
- fair use;
- legitimate business or client use;
- account standing;
- payment status;
- platform capacity;
- security requirements;
- anti-fraud requirements;
- applicable law;
- these Terms;
- GoHighLevel requirements; and
- reasonable operational restrictions.
We may refuse, delay, restrict or stop account creation where we reasonably believe requests are excessive, abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, technically harmful, designed to circumvent another restriction or inconsistent with the intended commercial use of Agency Lab.
Members may provide their clients with appropriate access to client sub-accounts as part of legitimate services delivered by the Member.
Agency Lab does not, however, grant Members an unrestricted right to sell raw Scale Certified GoHighLevel access, standalone software licences or Agency Lab account provisioning as an independent competing software service.
14. GOHIGHLEVEL USAGE-BASED AND THIRD-PARTY CHARGES
14.1 Charges Not Included in Membership
The Agency Lab membership fee provides applicable platform access but does not include unlimited third-party consumption or usage.
Additional charges may apply to services including, without limitation:
- telephone numbers;
- telephone calls;
- SMS;
- MMS;
- email sending;
- email verification;
- artificial intelligence usage;
- Voice AI;
- Conversation AI;
- premium workflows;
- domains;
- domain renewals;
- premium actions;
- WhatsApp;
- marketplace products;
- third-party applications;
- data services;
- communications services; and
- any other item for which GoHighLevel or another provider imposes an additional charge.
14.2 Rebilled Charges
Usage-based and additional GoHighLevel charges are generally rebilled at or near our underlying cost, taking into account our own payment-processing costs and applicable taxes.
These costs are separate from your Agency Lab membership payment.
14.3 Payment Method Required
Every GoHighLevel sub-account must maintain an appropriate payment method where required by us.
You authorise Scale Certified Inc., 6IX Media Group Limited and/or their applicable payment processors to automatically charge the payment method associated with the applicable sub-account for valid usage-based or third-party charges.
14.4 Responsibility for Usage
You are responsible for charges generated through your accounts and sub-accounts, including charges generated by:
- you;
- your clients;
- your employees;
- your contractors;
- your virtual assistants;
- authorised users;
- workflows;
- campaigns;
- integrations;
- AI agents;
- automations;
- telephone systems; and
- other systems configured in the account.
You are responsible for monitoring your own account configuration and usage.
The fact that usage was unexpected, accidental, automated or generated by an incorrectly configured workflow does not automatically relieve you of responsibility for legitimate third-party charges incurred.
14.5 Changes in Third-Party Pricing
Underlying providers may change their prices.
We may adjust usage-based charges to reflect changes in third-party pricing, payment-processing expenses, applicable taxes and similar direct costs without such changes constituting a change to your base Agency Lab membership price.
15. FAILED USAGE PAYMENTS
If a GoHighLevel usage charge or account balance cannot be successfully collected, affected features may cease functioning or become restricted.
This may include communications, AI, email, telephone, domain, premium workflow or other paid functionality.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from service restrictions caused by insufficient funds, failed usage payments or failure to maintain an appropriate payment method.
You remain responsible for any valid usage charges incurred before restriction or suspension.
16. GOHIGHLEVEL ACCOUNT DELETION WHEN MEMBERSHIP ENDS
16.1 No Transfer of Accounts
GoHighLevel accounts and sub-accounts provisioned through Agency Lab will not be transferred to another GoHighLevel agency upon cancellation or termination of Agency Lab.
This includes Member accounts and client sub-accounts.
16.2 Deletion
When your Agency Lab access ends, associated GoHighLevel accounts and sub-accounts are subject to closure and deletion in accordance with these Terms and the separate GoHighLevel Terms of Use.
Deletion may include loss of:
- contacts;
- leads;
- opportunities;
- workflows;
- websites;
- funnels;
- calendars;
- appointments;
- conversations;
- messages;
- forms;
- surveys;
- custom fields;
- custom values;
- phone configurations;
- AI configurations;
- automations;
- reporting;
- files;
- client information; and
- other data or account configurations.
16.3 Member Backup Responsibility
You are solely responsible for exporting, downloading or otherwise preserving information that you are legally permitted and technically able to retain before your membership ends.
We do not guarantee that deleted data can be recovered after termination.
16.4 Client Data
You are responsible for ensuring that your own contracts with clients appropriately address what will happen to client data, systems and services if your Agency Lab membership ends.
Your obligation to your clients does not create an obligation on Scale Certified to preserve or transfer a GoHighLevel account.
17. MEMBER CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS
Your clients are your clients.
Scale Certified does not become a party to the contract between you and your client merely because Agency Lab software, systems or templates are used to provide services to that client.
You are independently responsible for:
- acquiring clients;
- determining your pricing;
- entering into appropriate client contracts;
- obtaining client authorisations;
- invoicing clients;
- collecting payment;
- delivering your services;
- making representations to clients;
- fulfilling promises made to clients;
- handling client complaints;
- handling client cancellations;
- issuing any refunds owed by your business;
- supporting your clients;
- complying with applicable laws; and
- safeguarding client information.
Scale Certified does not guarantee or warrant the services you provide to your clients.
You may not make promises, representations, warranties or guarantees on behalf of Scale Certified.
18. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITY FOR USERS AND CLIENTS
You are responsible for the acts and omissions of individuals to whom you provide access to accounts associated with your Agency Lab membership.
This includes clients, employees, contractors, agents and other authorised users.
A violation of these Terms by someone using an account made available through you may be treated as a violation by you.
You are responsible for ensuring that authorised users understand and comply with applicable platform rules, privacy requirements, marketing laws and these Terms.
19. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LICENCE
19.1 Ownership
Agency Lab and its proprietary materials remain the intellectual property of 6IX Media Group Limited, Scale Certified and/or their respective licensors.
Protected materials may include:
- courses;
- videos;
- recordings;
- written training;
- templates;
- workflows;
- automations;
- websites;
- funnels;
- scripts;
- sales materials;
- prompts;
- AI instructions;
- frameworks;
- processes;
- methodologies;
- databases;
- snapshots;
- software configurations;
- graphics;
- documentation;
- community resources; and
- other proprietary materials.
Purchasing Agency Lab does not transfer ownership of that intellectual property to you.
19.2 Member Licence
While your Agency Lab membership remains active and in good standing, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use Agency Lab materials for your own business and, where applicable, to implement permitted systems for your own clients.
Subject to these Terms, you may:
- use Agency Lab training in operating your own agency;
- modify permitted templates for your own business;
- install or use permitted templates in client sub-accounts provisioned through Agency Lab;
- customise systems for your clients; and
- charge clients for your own implementation, management, marketing, consulting or related services.
19.3 Prohibited Uses
Unless expressly authorised by us in writing, you may not:
- sell Agency Lab snapshots or raw templates as standalone products;
- sell or distribute snapshot import links;
- copy or redistribute Content Portal training;
- share Agency Lab login credentials;
- provide Content Portal access to non-members;
- reproduce Agency Lab courses;
- repackage Agency Lab materials into a competing course, programme, membership, template pack or software product;
- claim authorship or ownership of proprietary Agency Lab materials;
- sublicense proprietary Agency Lab intellectual property;
- publish confidential or proprietary Agency Lab materials;
- scrape, systematically download or mass-extract Agency Lab resources;
- use proprietary Agency Lab materials to train a third-party AI system without written permission; or
- circumvent technological access or licensing restrictions.
19.4 End of Licence
Unless otherwise expressly agreed, your licence to access and use Agency Lab proprietary materials ends when your membership ends.
Your own independently created intellectual property remains yours.
20. COMMUNITY STANDARDS
Agency Lab community spaces are intended for professional networking, discussion, education and support.
Members must behave professionally.
We may restrict or remove a Member for conduct including:
- harassment;
- bullying;
- threats;
- discriminatory conduct;
- abusive behaviour toward staff or Members;
- fraudulent activity;
- illegal activity;
- deliberate misinformation;
- spam;
- repeated disruption;
- intellectual-property infringement;
- unauthorised sharing of Agency Lab materials;
- attempting to circumvent access restrictions;
- scraping Member information;
- misuse of other Members' confidential information; or
- conduct that creates material legal, regulatory, platform, security or reputational risk.
Removal for a material breach does not create an entitlement to a refund except where required by law.
21. NO UNSOLICITED SOLICITATION OF MEMBERS
Agency Lab community membership does not give you permission to treat other Members as a prospecting database.
You may not send unsolicited sales pitches, recruitment messages, affiliate offers, promotional messages or substantially similar commercial solicitations to another Agency Lab Member unless that Member has requested, invited or clearly consented to the communication.
Normal professional networking and responding to a Member who has requested a service or recommendation is permitted.
Member directories, groups, contact details and community participation may not be scraped or harvested for unsolicited marketing.
22. COMMUNITY CONFIDENTIALITY
Members may discuss business information, client matters, strategies, personal experiences and other information within Agency Lab communities and calls.
You agree to respect the confidentiality of non-public information shared by other Members.
You may not disclose another Member's confidential business or personal information without their permission unless disclosure is legally required.
However, we cannot guarantee confidentiality within a group environment.
You should not disclose information in a community or group call that you would not be comfortable other participants seeing or hearing.
23. CUSTOMER SUPPORT
23.1 Official Support Channel
All customer support inquiries should be sent to:
We cannot guarantee that questions, requests, cancellations or support inquiries sent to other email addresses, personal accounts, social media accounts or unrelated channels will be accessed, read or actioned.

- access to Agency Lab;
- the Content Portal;

23.3 What Support Does Not Include
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Agency Lab support does not include:
- operating your business for you;

We endeavour to provide responsive support but do not guarantee a specific response or resolution time unless expressly agreed in writing.
24. LIVE CALLS AND RECORDINGS
Agency Lab coaching calls, workshops, group calls, training sessions and other events may be recorded.
By participating in a recorded session, you acknowledge that your:
- name;
- voice;
- video image;
- screen share;

- contributions
- may form part of the recording.
Recordings may be used for Agency Lab replays, educational archives, quality improvement, internal training and other legitimate Agency Lab purposes.
You should not share confidential client information during a recorded group call unless you have authority to do so.
25. TESTIMONIALS, REVIEWS AND MEMBER RESULTS
Where permitted by applicable law, you grant us permission to use testimonials, reviews, feedback, comments, submitted success stories and similar content that you voluntarily provide to Scale Certified or publicly publish regarding Agency Lab.
This may include relevant comments or results voluntarily shared:
- through testimonial forms;

- in emails or messages to our team;
- during recorded Agency Lab calls;
- in reviews;
- in interviews; or
- publicly on social media.
You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce, edit for length or formatting, publish and display such material for legitimate promotional, educational and marketing purposes, subject to applicable privacy and data protection requirements.
We will not intentionally alter a testimonial in a manner that materially misrepresents what you said.
Where applicable law requires separate consent for a particular use of your personal data, image, voice or likeness, we will obtain such consent.
26. AI TOOLS AND AI-GENERATED MATERIALS
26.1 AI Within Agency Lab
Agency Lab may include or provide access to artificial intelligence tools.
This includes the Agency Lab internal AI Agent connected to the Content Portal and may also include AI functionality provided through GoHighLevel or other third-party providers.
26.2 AI Is Not Infallible
Artificial intelligence can make mistakes.
AI-generated content may be:
- inaccurate;

We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, legality or suitability of AI-generated output.
26.3 Human Review Required
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated material before relying upon, publishing, sending, implementing or providing it to a client.
You must not treat AI-generated output as a substitute for qualified professional advice.
26.4 Responsibility for Your AI Systems
You are responsible for the AI systems, agents, prompts, instructions, automations and workflows you configure or deploy.
Scale Certified is not responsible for a loss merely because an AI agent or automated system configured by you:
- said something incorrect;
- contacted the wrong person;
- generated an unsuitable response;
- failed to complete an action;
- made an incorrect classification;
- produced inaccurate information; or
- behaved differently than you expected.
27. LEGAL AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
27.1 Member Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your business activities comply with all laws, regulations, codes, industry standards and platform policies applicable to you and your clients.
Depending on your activities and jurisdiction, this may include requirements relating to:

- toll-free messaging verification;
- carrier rules;
- artificial intelligence;
- intellectual property;
- cookies and tracking;
- employment;
- professional licensing; and
- industry-specific regulatory obligations.
This list is illustrative and not exhaustive.
27.2 Technical Assistance Is Not Legal Advice
Scale Certified may provide examples, templates, training or technical assistance relating to areas such as A2P registration, opt-in language, marketing systems, workflows or other business processes.
Such assistance is provided for educational or technical purposes only.
It is not legal advice and does not constitute a guarantee of legal or regulatory compliance.
You must obtain your own professional advice where appropriate.
28. THIRD-PARTY APPROVALS ARE NOT GUARANTEED
Scale Certified cannot guarantee approval, verification, continued availability or acceptance by third parties.
This includes, without limitation:

A rejection, suspension, restriction or termination imposed by a third party does not automatically mean Scale Certified has breached these Terms.
29. MEMBER DATA AND PRIVACY RESPONSIBILITY
Our handling of personal information is also governed by the Agency Lab Privacy Policy:
You are independently responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis, authority, consent and any required disclosures before collecting, uploading, storing, processing or communicating with personal data belonging to prospects, customers, clients or other individuals.
You must not use Agency Lab or GoHighLevel to unlawfully process personal information.
You are responsible for determining whether a particular platform or feature is appropriate for the category of data you intend to process.

30.4 Valuations and Comparisons
Any stated or advertised value assigned to templates, systems, software, training, assets or bonuses is a marketing or comparative estimate and does not represent a guaranteed resale value, market value, financial return or amount you will save or earn.
31. ASSUMPTION OF BUSINESS RISK
Operating a business involves risk.
You acknowledge that joining Agency Lab does not transfer the financial risk of your business to Scale Certified.
You retain sole responsibility for deciding whether to spend or invest money in connection with your business.
This includes expenditure on:

- any other business expense.
We are not responsible for reimbursing business expenditure simply because a strategy, campaign, service, client, offer, system or business does not perform as you expected.
You should make your own commercial decisions and seek qualified advice where appropriate.
32. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE
Agency Lab training, coaching, support, templates, AI output and educational resources are provided for business education and informational purposes.
Nothing provided through Agency Lab constitutes personalised:

- other professional advice.
You remain responsible for obtaining qualified professional advice relevant to your circumstances.
33. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS AND SERVICES
Agency Lab relies on third-party technology and services.
These may include GoHighLevel, WhatsApp, video conferencing providers, telecommunications providers, email systems, hosting providers, payment processors, artificial intelligence providers, domain providers, APIs and other software.
We are not responsible for:

35.2 Termination for Cause
We may terminate a membership for material or repeated breach of these Terms.
Where appropriate, we may give you an opportunity to correct a breach before termination, but we are not required to do so where immediate action is reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, illegality, security risk, platform risk or material harm.
35.3 Consequences
Termination may result in:
- loss of Agency Lab access;
- loss of Content Portal access;
- removal from communities;
- loss of coaching access;
- revocation of licences granted under these Terms;
- suspension or deletion of GoHighLevel accounts;
- deletion of client sub-accounts; and
- loss of grandfathered pricing.
Termination does not affect rights and obligations that accrued before termination.
36. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you believe a payment is incorrect, you should contact:
before initiating a chargeback so that we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Nothing in these Terms removes a payment-dispute right that applicable law does not permit you to waive.
However, initiating a knowingly false, fraudulent or abusive chargeback may constitute a material breach of these Terms.
Where legally permitted, we may:
- provide transaction and access records to the payment processor;
- dispute an improper chargeback;
- suspend Services while the dispute is unresolved;
- terminate an account for chargeback abuse; and
- seek recovery of valid unpaid amounts and reasonable direct costs resulting from fraudulent payment activity.
37. WARRANTIES AND SERVICE DISCLAIMER
We will provide Agency Lab in accordance with the express obligations contained in these Terms.
However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that:

YOUR ATTENTION IS PARTICULARLY DRAWN TO THIS SECTION.
38.1 Liabilities That Are Not Excluded
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- any other liability that applicable law expressly prohibits us from limiting or excluding.
38.2 Excluded Losses
Subject to Section 38.1 and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Scale Certified Protected Parties will not be liable for:

38.4 Aggregate Liability Cap
Subject to Section 38.1, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of 6IX Media Group Limited, Scale Certified Inc. and the Scale Certified Protected Parties arising out of or in connection with Agency Lab, whether in contract, delict/tort, negligence, misrepresentation, breach of statutory duty or otherwise, shall not exceed the total base Agency Lab membership fees actually paid by you during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Usage-based GoHighLevel charges, telecommunications charges, taxes and third-party pass-through charges are not treated as Agency Lab membership fees for the purpose of calculating this cap.
38.5 Allocation of Risk
You acknowledge that the pricing of Agency Lab reflects this allocation of commercial risk between the parties.
39. MEMBER INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and keep indemnified 6IX Media Group Limited, Scale Certified Inc., Scale Certified and their respective owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates and service providers (collectively, the “Scale Certified Protected Parties”) from and against third-party claims, demands, proceedings, regulatory actions, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and reasonable professional or legal expenses arising out of or relating to:
- your business activities;
- services you provide to a client;
- representations or promises you make to a client;

- content you upload, publish, send or distribute;
- infringement of another person's intellectual-property or proprietary rights;
- your violation of applicable law or regulation;
- your violation of a carrier, platform or third-party provider's rules;
- your breach of these Terms;
- your misuse or unauthorised distribution of Agency Lab intellectual property; or
- claims brought against a Scale Certified Protected Party by one of your clients or users arising from your acts, omissions or business relationship with them.
This indemnity applies only to the extent the relevant loss, cost or claim is legally capable of being indemnified.
We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of a material third-party claim for which indemnification is sought.
You may not agree to a settlement that admits wrongdoing by, imposes obligations upon or otherwise prejudices a Scale Certified Protected Party without our written agreement.
The liability cap in Section 38 applies to liability of the Scale Certified Protected Parties and does not limit your payment obligations or indemnification obligations under these Terms.
40. CONFIDENTIALITY
Each party may receive non-public confidential information from the other.
Neither party will knowingly disclose the other's confidential information to an unrelated third party except:
- as necessary to provide or use the Services;
- to professional advisers subject to confidentiality obligations;
- to service providers who reasonably need the information;
- where the information is already lawfully public;
- where disclosure is authorised; or
- where disclosure is required by law.
Agency Lab proprietary systems, non-public materials and unreleased resources constitute confidential information.
Client and Member information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection obligations and the Agency Lab Privacy Policy.
41. FORCE MAJEURE
We will not be liable for delay, interruption or failure to perform an obligation to the extent caused by an event outside our reasonable control.
This may include:
- internet failure;
- telecommunications outages;
- hosting failure;
- cloud infrastructure failure;
- third-party platform failure;
- cyberattacks;
- natural disasters;
- fire;
- flood;
- war;
- terrorism;
- civil disorder;
- labour disruption;
- government action;
- regulatory changes;
- public health emergencies;
- carrier outages; and
- interruption of utilities or communications infrastructure.
42. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary to reflect:
- changes to Agency Lab;
- new or removed features;
- changes in third-party services;
- legal or regulatory requirements;
- payment changes;
- security requirements;
- operational requirements; or
- clarification of existing provisions.
For material changes, we may provide notice by email, within the Content Portal or through another reasonable communication method.
Unless a different effective date is stated, updated Terms will apply from the date identified in the updated version.
Continued use of Agency Lab after an applicable update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived.
Changes to these Terms do not automatically eliminate an expressly recognised grandfathered membership price.
43. DISCONTINUATION OF SERVICES
We may discontinue Agency Lab, a component of Agency Lab or a particular third-party integration where reasonably necessary.
Where possible, we may:
- continue the applicable Service through an existing paid period;
- replace the affected component with a reasonable alternative;
- change the delivery method; or
- provide such other remedy as we determine appropriate and applicable law requires.
Third-party discontinuation of an integration or feature does not obligate us to recreate that third-party product.
44. ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer, sell, sublicense or assign your Agency Lab membership or rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to an affiliate, successor, purchaser of the applicable business or other entity as part of a legitimate corporate reorganisation, sale or transfer, subject to applicable law.
45. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND ORDER OF PRECEDENCE
These Terms, together with:
- the offer or checkout terms applicable to your purchase;
- the Agency Lab Privacy Policy;
- the GoHighLevel Terms of Use; and
- any written supplemental terms expressly applicable to your purchase,
- form the agreement governing your Agency Lab membership.
Where an expressly stated checkout or order term differs regarding price, trial duration or a purchase-specific bonus, that specific purchase term will control that particular commercial point.
The GoHighLevel Terms of Use will control where they specifically address the operation, restriction, suspension or deletion of provisioned GoHighLevel accounts.
These Terms control the remainder of the Agency Lab relationship.
No oral statement modifies these Terms unless expressly incorporated into a written agreement by an authorised representative.
46. WAIVER
A failure or delay by either party to enforce a contractual right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
A waiver relating to one breach does not automatically waive a later breach.
47. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally possible.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
48. SURVIVAL
Provisions which by their nature should continue after termination will survive termination.
This includes provisions relating to:
- outstanding payments;
- intellectual property;
- confidentiality;
- account deletion;
- disclaimers;
- limitation of liability;
- indemnification;
- dispute resolution; and
- accrued rights.
49. THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS
Except for the Scale Certified Protected Parties expressly granted protections under these Terms, no person who is not a party to this Agreement is intended to acquire a right to enforce its provisions.
50. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any contractual or non-contractual dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with Agency Lab or these Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, without prejudice to any mandatory law that cannot validly be excluded.
51. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION
Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through written communication.
A Member raising a dispute should contact:
and provide sufficient information for us to understand and investigate the matter.
Where a dispute cannot reasonably be resolved informally, the courts of Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory jurisdictional rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.
Nothing in this Section prevents a party from seeking urgent interim or protective relief where reasonably necessary to protect intellectual property, confidential information, account security or other rights.
52. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE
You agree that electronic acceptance of these Terms has the same effect as signing a written contract.
You accept these Terms when you:
- check a box agreeing to them;
- purchase Agency Lab;
- start an Agency Lab trial;
- create or activate an Agency Lab account;
- access Agency Lab Services after being presented with these Terms; or
